Alliance World Coffees

Alliance World Coffees is a specialty coffee micro-roaster of single origin coffees, blends and espressos. Following in the tradition of the Trappist monks, the passion and effort to create finely crafted coffee is rooted in love for God.

Alliance World Coffees is the business arm of Muncie Alliance Church. The church supports an internship training young people who are studying for career ministry. Allowing them to live and study debt-free, the interns take classes in the morning and are paid to roast coffee in the afternoon. The two years they spend studying and participating in business and ministry at MAC is quite rich as they learn the values of teamwork, communication, and service from the business operation, and in turn watch those values shape the way they learn to serve within the community and beyond.

The coffees roasted at AWC are from some of the finest Arabica beans on the planet. The green bean suppliers are experienced coffee roasters themselves and take great care to provide quality beans as well as expertise. The beans are roasted on the church premises in small batches fresh to order.
